Your body wants to be healthy. You weren’t designed to feel sick and tired all the time. Diet culture, information overload, and wellness trends have made it difficult to identify how to support your health goals.
I have been there.
I have been working to support my own chronic condition for over 25 years. I have been burned out, stressed, and tired. If you are like me, you have probably been told you need to eat better, rest more, and get moving. Well, that is lot easier said then done. I set out on a journey to manage my health foundationaly. Viewing the body as a whole and starting with the foundations.
I want to help you bridge the gap of being told to make healthier choices to actually living them out.
Living a healthier lifestyle and giving your body the tools it needs to support itself should be simple, manageable, and fit right into your lifestyle.
Food should be enjoyed. Movement should be fun. Rest should be prioritized.
Education and Background
My own journey has lead me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Association. An NTP works with their clients using a holistic approach. No fancy products, one size fits all programs, or quick fixes. It’s all about root cause, education, and support. I have worked in both conventional and holistic functional medicine settings. Although I have always had a passion for helping others, it really came to light when working in a functional clinic setting and learning from the top educators and practitioners in the country. I knew then that we all deserve to thrive from the inside out. It was clear to me it was possible support ones health goals without masking symptoms or band aide approaches.
Currently I am also studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I am excited to be able to incorporate restorative movement programming for my clients pending my certification late Spring 2023..
